Gift wrapping/packaging is available for select products and bundles and is usually indicated. You are, however, welcome to send me a message if a purchased item will be sent directly to the recipient’s home and I will be more than happy to wrap a bow around it and include a personal note/card (at no additional cost to you).

Because brightening someone’s day with thoughtful mail that has a personal touch is one of my favorite things to do.

PLEASE NOTE: I care about the environment and world my children - and maybe yours - grow up in. Hence, I re-use packaging materials (e.g. bubble wrap) from my business purchases whenever possible. Also, I make a great effort to use recycled and earth-friendly packaging/containers that you can reuse.

I am more than happy to discuss and craft a custom order for you. Simply send me a message and I’ll make it happen. Please allow up to 5 days before a custom product will be sent on its way to you, as it will be made with great care.

If this is a gift, I will gladly include a handwritten note/card and wrap it if specified.

I only use organic, high quality ingredients, as well as genuine, unadulterated (pure) essential oils to carefully craft the aromatic products I make available in my shop.

I have two little children at home and have tried all blends and recipes both on them, myself, my husband, and other people.

Products are all natural and generally safe when used as intended. The essential oil dilution rate is deemed safe for common use (I also indicate when a product I offer is appropriate for children).

However, as each of us is unique, I cannot guarantee that no skin irritations occur. I always recommend testing on a small spot on the forearm first.

Once your order has been carefully packaged and dropped at a USPS facility, you will receive a tracking number. I am not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier/weather or lost items once your package is in the hands of the post office. In the rare event your order gets lost, there is nothing I can do unfortunately; I kindly ask you to contact USPS directly should your package be missing.

I do want you to receive the product(s) you originally ordered, though. Therefore, should your happy mail never make it to your doorstep, I’ll gladly offer a generous discount should you decide to order again.
